Use

Spread 6 tablespoons evenly over the skin until it is completely absorbed, 10-15 minutes before sun exposure. Protect the face by applying the spray to the palms of the face and then spreading it over the face skin. The milk is water resistant, but after re-soaking, drying with a towel or for a longer period of time. The milk is not suitable for children under six years of age.
