Create custom field with multi-select options to use with Forms

My team is trying to implement a Content Request Form using Asana. We would like to connect our task fields to the questions on the form. However, task fields are limited to date, number, or text. Our form has several questions that have multi-select options, so we are unable to connect them to a field, causing manual work.
