The Yamaha Raptor 90 is available as a Full System in the Performance, Mini-Exhaust Series. It features a 9, 1.75 DIA exhaust shell with a mini-end cap design and a Header that's .25 larger in diameter than the stock system. Switching to the Performance, Mini-Exhaust Series will drop weight off the machine and add 10-15% more horse power to the 90cc engine.

The Yamaha Raptor 700 exhaust is available as a Slip On or Full System in the Performance and Competition series. Slip on exhausts with tuning can pick up 4 hp and 3 ft-lbs of torque. Full exhaust systems combined with tuning and a modified intake see gains as much as 9 hp and 9 ft-lbs of torque to the rear wheels. Originally a dual system was tested on the Raptor 700, however dual exhaust added weight and was not able to create the same amount of power as a single exhaust.
