The Zipbolt 17.800 XT Post Anchor is designed for surface mounting exterior posts onto decking areas, porches, and verandas. The new design offers five anchoring screw points with the central screw being the longest. After screwing the base plate onto the long shaft and tightening it to the deck surface the initial connection is extremely secure. This is then further secured with the four supplied construction screws.
