Infusion Yogi Tea – Echinacea  – Ayurvedic Protection, Reinforcement, Energy Expiry date: 31/12/2023 This sweet but intensely spicy herbal infusion helps us to strengthen our physical balance and well-being. This YOGI TEA® contains echinacea, a plant used for thousands of years by practitioners to strengthen the immune system. Combined with sweet fennel, spicy ginger and cardamom, it gives rise to a harmonious Ayurvedic infusion that can be used all year round to strengthen your immune defenses. The subtle message of this infusion is:  I am protected . Composition Ingredients cinnamon*, echinacea*, ginger*, fennel*, rooibos*, roasted chicory*, carob*, cardamom*, basil*, burdock root*, black pepper*, turmeric*, astragalus*, vanilla bean*   Echinacea Echinacea, from the Asteraceae family, offers marvelous colorful flowers. It grows wild in North America and the Indians already appreciated it for its medicinal properties. It reaches a maximum height of 90 cm and its flowers are purple in color. Rooibos Rooibos, which belongs to the legume family, is today still exclusively grown in the Cederberg nature reserve in South Africa. These plants up to two meters high are indicated only once a year. Its leaves give birth to rooibos tea, the delicately fruity and slightly sweet national drink of South Africa. Cardamom Cardamom has been one of the most popular spices in Asia and Arab countries for thousands of years. With its sweet and delicate pungent aroma, cardamom is particularly suitable for spicing up many dishes ranging from the most pungent curries to spicy Christmas pastries. In addition, its essential oil and other important nutrients make cardamom one of the oldest medicinal plants in the world. Cinnamon Cinnamon was one of the most expensive spices in the world and seems to have been used in China as a spice and as a medicinal remedy as early as 3000 BC. JC Cinnamon comes from the bark of the South Asian cinnamon tree, its taste is aromatically sweet and it contains, in addition to tannins, a precious essential oil. Ginger In the Far East, ginger has been used for more than 3,000 years as a medicinal and aromatic plant. Its taste is pungent and fruity and it contains many vitamins, essential oil and precious minerals. Fennel Fennel is one of the oldest known medicinal plants in the world. It is part of the Umbelliferae family and has been prized for millennia all over the world for its intense aroma. Fennel has a sweet, spicy flavor somewhat reminiscent of anise. Roasted chicory In the French countryside it is called ugly because of its stunted appearance, despite its magnificent blue flowers. The flowers of this common plant in Europe, North-West Africa and West Asia of the family Composaceae open for only one day. Its roots with a strong aromatic taste are reminiscent of coffee. Carob Carob, native to the Mediterranean basin and Asia, is a medicinal plant from the legume family. The long, brown fruits of the carob tree, which can reach up to 18 meters in height, have a sweet taste and contain seeds that each weigh exactly 0.197 grams. Because of this peculiarity of nature, carob seeds were used as a unit of measurement for diamonds during antiquity. Basil Basil or royal medicinal plant as the ancient Greeks called it arrived in Northern Europe in the 12th century. Its deliciously spicy aroma is sublimely enhanced in Mediterranean cuisine, but also in freshly prepared infusions. Turmeric Turmeric is an ancient medicinal herb that grows predominantly in Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean Basin. It is part of the Zingiberaceae family and is one of the main components of curry. Already more than 5,000 years ago in India, the slightly pungent turmeric was already one of the main spices and due to its medicinal properties it was even considered sacred. burdock root Burdock is a plant from the Composaceae family that was already appreciated in ancient Greece for its medicinal effects. It grows on the edge of the forest and in fields and its roots contain, in addition to essential oil and tannins, a large quantity of precious inulins. Black pepper Black pepper, also called the king of spices is currently the main seasoning in the world after salt. It originates from the Malabar Coast of India and its intensely fragrant taste ranges from mildly pungent to pungent. In traditional Ayurvedic medicine, black pepper is not only recommended for seasoning, but also as a medicinal remedy due to its valuable active ingredients. Astragalus In China, astragalus, with a slightly sweet taste, is one of the main medicinal plants of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In the Chinese pharmacopoeia, the root is used and its name is Huang Qi. Literally translated, it means yellow emperor, a description that reflects the meaning of this plant for humans. vanilla This queen of spices is one of the most popular flavors in the world. It belongs to the orchid family and is native to Mexico and Central America. Its delicate taste and laborious transformation process make real vanilla a particularly valuable spice. Conseils d'utilisation Verser 250 ml d’eau bouillante sur le sachet et laisser infuser 5 à 6 minutes, ou plus longtemps pour un goût plus fort.
